I’m writing to you from Greece, where the retreat I’ve been working toward for the past year has just come to a close.
My heart feels so full, and I want to share my Greece Retreat Reflections + What’s Ahead as I prepare to return home.
Hosting this retreat has given me a deeper understanding of myself as a facilitator, a human, and a friend. I feel like I can truly see myself.
In these final days before returning home I’m soaking it all in: the beauty , the lessons, and the excitement moving forward into a new season.
One of the highlights for me was the joy of genuine, unfiltered laughter that filled our days together.
More importantly, the women who came trusted themselves in such deep ways, honoring their needs and advocating for their boundaries.
Witnessing them step into embodiment, confidence, and self-trust was beyond inspiring.
In fact, it was a reminder of how powerful we become when we feel safe enough to take up space.
Meanwhile, I’m currently editing all of the photos from our time together and can’t wait to share more soon for you to experience the Greece retreat too.
But for now, enjoy these few images, and if you’d like to see more, you can visit the most recent post on my Instagram.

As I prepare to leave Greece and return home, I’m deeply inspired by this transition.
For me, moving from the retreat space into the crisp coziness of fall feels like a natural continuation and a reminder that life is always asking us to notice, honor, and savor the moments that matter most.
As a result, these Greece retreat reflections are also shaping how I move into this season, encouraging me to keep creating safe spaces for presence, connection, and joy.
This fall and holiday season, I’m opening a limited number of mini sessions in Baltimore designed to hold the spirit of the season.

Spots are limited and always go quickly, so now is the time to reserve your space.
From the sacred laughter in Greece to the cozy shifts awaiting at home, I’m reminded again and again that life’s most beautiful moments deserve to be witnessed and celebrated.
Thank you for being here, for following along, and for allowing me to share these reflections with you.
