I’ve been journeying through some big, soul stretching life changes. The kind that come in waves. The kind that shake you up and strip you down. At times, it’s felt exhilarating — like I’m on the edge of something brand new and wildly alive. And at others, it’s been… demoralizing. Like I’m crumbling under the weight of what I never saw coming.
But in it all, something unexpected is happening.
And somehow, I’m still standing. Still softening. Still showing up.
Through it all, I’ve stayed close to my work — because creating brings me back to myself. It reminds me that beauty can live beside brokenness. That joy and pain don’t cancel each other out — they coexist.
Photography, for me, has always been more than an art. It’s a way home.
A mirror. A ritual. A place to remember who I am.
And now, more than ever, I feel called to hold space for others in the same way.
If you’re moving through change, I want you to know there’s room for you in my work. You don’t have to be “ready.” You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up as you are.
I have offerings that meet you exactly where you are.
We don’t have to rush the becoming.
We can create right here, in the in between.
And that, too, is magic.
If you’re feeling the nudge, I’d love to create with you.
With love,
Augustina
